I’m Wayne Centra, MOTR/L SWC, founder and head Sensei here at Karate For All. Our Little Warrior’s Program is a unique martial arts program for young children ages 3.5 to 5 years old. We place each child in a corresponding group based on their age, individual needs, and skill level to ensure the best learning experience.
More Than Just Karate
Our Little Warriors Program goes way beyond traditional karate classes. We combine karate training with developmental expertise to help your child grow physically, emotionally, and socially, not just learn kicks and punches. Our hands-on approach to youth martial arts improves social skills, coordination, emotional control, and age-appropriate self-defense for young children. Every karate class is designed with intention, so your child gets the personalized support they need to thrive both in the dojo and at home.
Real Skills for Real Life
Our karate instructors utilize specialized techniques alongside martial arts discipline to support each student’s unique needs. We prioritize individual child development, constantly adapting our Little Warrior’s karate classes to meet each child where they are. The martial arts skills and life lessons children learn in our dojo translate directly into their home environment and classroom success.
Building Confidence and Standing Up for Yourself
Every karate class, your child will expand their martial arts knowledge while actively building self-esteem, confidence, and problem-solving skills. Our Anti-Bullying Program teaches young children non-violent conflict resolution, fostering self-advocacy and resilience from an early age.
Personalized Attention Every Class
Our 1 student to 1 teacher ratio gives your little warrior personalized attention every class. We make sure they feel comfortable and supported while learning karate basics and building a strong martial arts foundation from day one. This sets them up for real success as they grow through our Little Warriors Program.

At Karate For All, students are primarily taught Shotokan Karate under the guidance of Sensei Wayne, a 4th degree black belt. Classes also incorporate elements of other martial arts such as jiu jitsu, boxing, and more, giving students a well-rounded training experience.
Occupational therapists are professionals who support others in performing at their highest level in their everyday lives.
