We were referred to Karate for All when our son wasn't coordinated, but wasn't deficient enough to get school district assistance. Our son was diagnosed with autism since he was four. We knew he was a little different when we noticed his inability to be engaged in the team sports we enrolled him in. A friend's parent brought fliers to an educational class suggesting that her child was enjoying it. We decided to try it out.

We are impressed with the growth we never expected from Seamus. He's able to focus where he could barely before. Sensei has taught him to self regulate his temper, which helps him in everyday affairs. We tell him to take Karate breaths and he is able to calm himself through practicing. Most of all, he's learning how to control his body, this has always been hard for him. He's always been embarrassed when he can't avoid hitting things.

We can't  recommend Karate for All enough. Sensei has taught him focus, bodily control  and especially self confidence. It's an experience that continues to pay off in many ways as it is helping to build a foundation of personal success for our son we never thought possible.  We are grateful to Sensei and his dedicated team.
